In charge of Finance and Regulatory activities, I assist CFO’s on two major dimensions: the transformation of their organizations and the improvement of their performance management.

I assist CFO’s on two major dimensions: the transformation of their organizations and the improvement of their performance management. In addition, I provide expertise on strengthening the role of CFOs in the structuring and governance of the company.

I published several surveys in partnership with the DFCG (Association of Financial Directors and Management Controls) on best practices in terms of management, Dashboarding, forecasting process and transformation of the controlling function.

I have started my career in controlling  to grasp an operational vision of the management of the company. Then, I turned to management consulting for the search of diversity, wealth in terms of encounters and experiences.
Today, two key words summarizes my action: entrepreneurial spirit and innovation with and for my client.
