I head up the Customer & Growth team in BearingPoint Ireland. I am a performance and results-driven senior management professional with extensive experience in leading engagements across diverse industry sectors. My responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of innovative platforms that enhance customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational efficiencies.
I joined BearingPoint in 2000 (then KPMG) as a software engineer in the technology team and later became a project manager working in the Banking and Telecommunication sectors. With this grounding in technology and project implementation, I then moved into a number of more client facing and customer account management roles and have responsibility for our CRM and Modern Workplace teams in Ireland.
You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology. You can’t start with the technology and try to figure out where you’re going to sell it.
