Within the Financial Services team, I develop and promote our Finance function and regulatory expertise (AML-CTF, GDPR…) and help leading clients in this Industry to succeed their transformation programs (including organizational redesign, process optimization and tools implementation). I am also in charge of BNP Paribas business development, leveraging our Service Lines expertise and sharing best practices from other players. I develop consultants and teams through day-to-day coaching, mentoring and contribute actively to talent recruiting activities.
I started my career at PwC as an auditor and then I joined the consulting practice, which became BearingPoint in 2002. Since then, I've been working for both banking and insurance groups, contributing to their transformation and operational efficiency programs.
I enjoy partnering with my clients, co-building proposals and approaches that provide them with new, unexpected ideas. I am results-oriented when delivering assignments in order to build a strong long-term relationship with them.
