With over 20 years of experience in IT services, I am specialized in IT infrastructure and operations (I&O) advisory services, framing and delivering in all industries major transformation programs dealing with technology and operational model transformations.
I am also leading the cloud and IT sourcing community at BearingPoint. This community comprises of result-oriented and committed professionals supporting IT organizations through their cloud journey and driving outsourcing deals all along their lifecycle from the initial strategy definition to the transition and transformation phases.
After beginning my career in a research and development practice on cybersecurity products, I joined BearingPoint in 2007. I progressively specialized in CTO advisory activities conducting major I&O transformation programs for big European companies and the French public sector.
