Hottest news in the sector

With the American cosmetics brand Essie and the technology designed by ModiFace, the L'Oréal group is launching a new augmented reality fitting functionality, accessible from a smartphone or computer, called Essie on-hand. It allows you to virtually try Essie nail polish shades on your nails.
This practice is more and more common for cosmetic brands. The particularity of this device is that the client is not obliged to download an application, and it is therefore also accessible from a desktop computer. The American brand announces that other colors and features will be launched in the coming months. For example, the brand will integrate QR codes to allow retailers to offer virtual try-on in their stores and to have customers try on new nail polish colors that are not yet available for purchase.
