We are looking for a IT Transformation Business Analyst

What we are seeking

We are looking for candidates with an international background, proven track of academical records and interest for Management & Technology Consulting. Lastly, candidates should be driven by a desire to bring innovation.

Experience:

  • Basic Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) and/or FSM (Field Service Management) products
  • Direct experiences with any major ERP (SAP, Oracle, IFS,…) or FSM (IFS, Infor, Service Max, Salesforce, Geocall, Oracle TOA) will be considered a plus 
  • Experience or interest on at least one of the following areas: Business Process Re-engineering, IT/Digital Transformation
  • Must be familiar with common Project Management tools (e.g. Gantt Chart) and with tipical IT Transformation Project cycle

Key Skills:

  • Ability to manage urgency in an efficient way
  • Coding capabilities: Advanced skills related to SQL (used to build advanced query) and XML
  • Ability to support Interface Development will be considered a plus (Rest API)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attitude in problem solving, flexible and able to work also in a non-structured environment
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong team working skills are essential
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive
  • Ability to contribute to the management of a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to continuously learn and research
  • Intrapreneurial skills

Location: Milano or Torino

Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Science or Business Management.

Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is a must, additional launguages such as French will be considered a plus.
