We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist

We are currently looking for expert Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. This position is a unique opportunity to unlock insights contained in the data universe working in a dynamic and innovative environment. We are looking for candidates with an international background that have experience and strong knowledge in data analytics applications in multi-disciplinary environments that provide real-world impact for organizations.

Required experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics disciplines, or related area
  • 3-4 years of experience in Data and Analytics with skills in data cleansing, feature engineering, statistical analysis and development of modeling / algorithms Data mining and analysis experience with competency in Python or R and one or more of the following: SAS, SQL, SPSS, ACP, IDEA Tableau, Power BI, MATLAB, Visual Basic, Business Intelligence, Hadoop or Spark
  • Experience with cloud computing (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Watson) working with Advanced Analytics functionalities of the Cloud Platform (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks)
  • Ability to understand business requirements and identify the best solution to achieve the expected outcome
  • Data Storytelling capabilities to effectively explain the results of analysis and business impacts to different audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Soft skills and experience in planning and coordination of project team activities maintaining challenging and collaborative environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive
  • Ability to contribute to the management of a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to continuously learn and research on new approach and technologies related to data management and analytics

You will have an advantage if, additionally, you have:

  • Previous Consulting and/or professional services experience
  • Data Visualization skills on some of leading BI solutions
  • Both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
  • Experience identifying of new business opportunities
  • Experience in answering to RFIs or RFPs concerning analytics topics or software selection
