I will be leading the U.S. Technology Practice focused on helping our clients with CIO Advisory and Business Application Strategy projects. As companies want to become more "digital", CIO's must understand what that means for their organization in terms of governance, delivery models, capabilities and strategies. I will help our clients understand what transformation efforts their IT organizations must go through in order to support the long term business objectives. I have spent a significant amount of time with manufacturing clients and have helped with strategies that often are centered around SAP solutions, including evaluations of ECC to S/4.
I have over 30 years of professional experience in the technology field, spending the first half of my career mostly in industry. I was an IT Executive at General Motors and held roles in Sales & Marketing and Global Manufacturing. I've spent the past 17 years as a Principal (Partner-level in a publicly traded firm) helping CIO's develop long term strategies focused on business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, PLM, etc.) and the service delivery model for meeting business objectives.
I have spent a significant amount of time with manufacturing clients and have helped with strategies that often are centered around SAP solutions, including evaluations of ECC to S/4. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with SAP in the midmarket.
Resilience – if you think of it in terms of the Gold Rush, then you’d be pretty depressed right now because the last nugget of gold would be gone. But the good thing is, with innovation, there isn’t a last nugget. Every new thing creates two new questions and two new opportunities.
