Digitalization is an unstoppable, continuous process, which is of great significance, even for the rail industry as a whole. “Connected trains” create a broad spectrum of opportunities for taking the next step in the industry’s maturity development. It can be a lever to raise efficiency in daily operations and long-term planning bringing benefits for the customer, lowering costs, as well as strengthening competitiveness in relation to other modes of transport.

To focus on this area, BearingPoint is setting up its yearly roundtable on February 11th 2016 at Train World in Brussels, Belgium.
