  • Ensure the accuracy and correctness of invoices for goods and services acquisitions, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval;
  • Perform a timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices in SAP according to the accounting rules used for Group reporting and local GAAP rules for statutory reporting;
  • Perform payments;
  • Reconcile vendor statements;
  • Draft the monthly account balances for AP;
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
  • Prepare / check client invoices for various projects;
  • Assist in preparation of monthly cash forecasts;
  • Assist in month end closing and produce monthly reports;
  • Prepare the monthly trial balance;
  • Assist with annual statutory external audit process.


  • 5-7 years experience in accounting;
  • Experience with an ERP system is a plus;
  • Respect strict deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Organizing and prioritizing;
  • Confidentiality;

  • Proficient in English.
