As a Recruiting Lead, you will have the experience to grow with the rapidly expanding business. You will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies for our largest demand in technical and non-technical hiring.


  • Implement and evaluate recruitment strategies, policies and initiatives to sustain the continuous improvement of the team;
  • Advise on key points of the process;
  • Motivate team members and set clear team goals;
  • Handle escalations, usually to remove bottlenecks and ensure service orientation;
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team;
  • Be a partner to our hiring managers and provide guidance on hiring, leveling and role determination;
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles and specialties;
  • Conduct requisition strategy meetings with the hiring manager at the onset of the process to set and manage expectations;
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary;
  • Manage external agencies;
  • Manage the recruitment subscriptions and purchases for BestJobs, Ejobs, Hipo, LinkedIn, (contract negotiation and paperwork);
  • Contribute to press articles and employment branding activities.


  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with technical and nontechnical roles;
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in guiding recruiting teams;
  • A strategic mindset to identify, evaluate and support candidates through the recruiting process;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while engaging in high-volume team recruitment processes;
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills;
  • Relationship builder and creative thinking;
  • Self-motivated and result orientated;
  • Good PPT presentations know-how;
  • Advanced English skills. German is a plus;
