Responsibilities

 As a Business Analyst in the centre of excellence area Sourcing & Procurement you will act as the functional Subject Matter Expert in designing and implementing Souring & Procurement solutions and improving the customers business processes.

Offer support in analysing the current functional processes of the client and implement the best fit solutions to improve them. In addition, being a key role in discussing the requirements with the client and act as a trusted advisor.

  • Responsible  for  consulting  activities:  analysis, prototype, blueprint, realization, testing, migration, training, go live and follow up functional support for the respective module;
  • Takes responsibility for a sub-process/ functional area during the project
  • Collects change requests from clients and discusses them with Project Manager
  • Supports and conducts proposal presentations for internal and external clients/ stakeholders
  • Any other activity given by hierarchical superiors in the area of expertise

Ideal candidate for our role:

  • University degree or Master degree (preferably in economy/business/finance field)
  • 2 years+ professional experience in procurement
  • SAP user experience in at least one procurement tool ( SAP ERP, S4, Ariba, Jagger)
  • Excellent English language knowledge
  • German or other second language is a plus
  • Understanding of business main processes in procurement
  • Open to travel after pandemics
