Germany-based Henkel is a major consumer and industrial goods group organized into three business units: Laundry & Home Care, Beauty Care, and Adhesives Technologies.

Its workforce is around 50,000-strong, mostly based in locations outside its home country. The multinational has recently been pushing deeper into new markets, with emerging economies making up a considerable portion of income.
