Together with my team, I work with the C-suite of a wide range of private and public sector organizations across various sectors and industries to help them get more clarity about emerging and complex business issues and transform strategic insights into high-value business opportunities.

Our design-led innovation approach is based on top-notch multidisciplinary teams using highly collaborative methods built on collective intelligence and co-creation and deliver a strong sense of commitment to shared success. Our designer toolbox enables us to effectively support innovation projects by bringing together a complementary set of stakeholders to address existing or emerging customer needs. Short cycles of work, a deeply rooted taste for experimentation, a lack of fear of failure, and the collective desire and ability to provide innovative and practical solutions are some of our key assets that are critical in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous business environment.

I am a strategic foresight and innovation consultant working across various business sectors. I have had several roles in my career, including change agent, researcher, consultant, facilitator, trainer, and entrepreneur. I am a Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration graduate and an alumnus of the Oxford Scenarios Programme. I joined BearingPoint in 2020 with the acquisition of the strategic design and innovation agency YouMeO that I co-created in 2014.

Over the years, I have worked on numerous consulting assignments, organizational transformation projects, and global foresight and collaborative innovation initiatives around the globe, combining strategic analysis (including scenarios, visioning, and transformation roadmapping), collaborative innovation, and design management approaches.

I have been working across the private and public sectors and have been involved in corporate as well as multi-stakeholder settings, leveraging an extensive global network of experts, partners, consultants, innovators, entrepreneurs, and foresight practitioners to co-deliver the best value for money to our clients.
