To meet consumers’ high expectations regarding sustainability and comply with ever-increasing regulations – since the Paris Agreement in 2015, more and more regulations have been implemented (AGEC, Pact Law, European Green Deal), retailers must develop and implement a sustainability strategy.

How do we help our clients?

We have built our service offering around three main steps:

  • Design of the sustainable strategy (purpose, strategy and resilience, standards, circular business models, product eco-design)
  • Implementation of the strategy (traceability and authentication, sustainable supply chain, lifecycle analysis, carbon/environmental footprint, sustainable sourcing)
  • Definition of objectives, governance, and monitoring process
  • A comprehensive service offering, relying on the expertise of all our service lines (OPS, F&R, P&S, TEC, I-Care)

Client outcomes

We start with a diagnosis and assessment of as-is performance and the identification of focus areas. Based on the assessment and focus areas, we develop a transformation roadmap to achieve ESG-related ambitions (energy consumption, carbon/environmental footprint, reduction in waste and water) and we design the governance and the tools to manage and monitor the achievement of the target.
